    Purchased an LG dishwasher approx 5 months ago. The display reflected an HE error. I contacted LG and was told it was the heating element. Waited 6 days for a repair person. He arrived, examined the appliance, told me it was the heating element (DUH) and that he would need to order one and would return in approx a week to install it. Cannot believe they sent a repair person without the appropriate parts. I recontacted customer service and spoke to a supervisor, Thomica, ee# 10274. Her tone and attitude spoke volumes about the company. TOTAL LACK OF CONCERN AND VERY POOR SERVICE!! More...
